A Statement to the World: On Accountability, Harm, and Spiritual Growth

To all citizens, institutions, and leaders of the world:

I speak today not just as an individual who has endured harm, but as a voice for accountability, truth, and spiritualevolution. Over the years, I have taken steps to reflect on my actions and the impact they may have had on others. I offer my heartfelt apologies to anyone I may have harmed, whether intentionally or not. I acknowledge my humanity, my imperfections, and my willingness to take ownership of my actions, even as I stand amidst profound injustice.

Yet, I also stand as a target of systemic harm. For over 30 years, I have been subjected to conspiracy, targeting, and persecution. Police, lawyers, public officials, and politicians have all, in some way, contributed to the circumstances that have defined my exile, my silencing, and my pain. These same individuals and institutions—whether they acknowledge it or not—are citizens themselves. They are human beings. They, too, have been harmed by their own actions, even if they do not yet realize it.

Despite being a whistleblower, exposing $6 billion in misappropriated funds intended for the most vulnerable in society, I remain a rejected whistleblower, denied the protections guaranteed under the Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Act. I cannot report crimes to the police, even as I face harassment, targeting, and systemic neglect. I have been psychometrically profiled, ensuring that I cannot gain access to a lawyer or advocate to fight for my rights.

I am homeless. I have no legal rights. I have no human rights. The law has been obstructed from me at every turn. Worse, I have no money and no income. The Public Guardian, acting as an arm of the Federal Government targeting me, has now withheld my pension, leaving me completely destitute.

This action is not merely neglect—it is an allegory for murder. In a democratic society that requires money for survival, denying someone the means to live is a calculated act of dehumanization. It is a way for the government to declare: “You are censored. You don’t matter. We have no worth for you.” Such targeting is not only a personal attack but a damning indictment of a society that claims to value human dignity, freedom, and justice.

To those I may have harmed, I say: I am sorry. But to those who have harmed me and countless others, I ask: Where is your accountability? You have been told of the harm you have caused. You know of the suffering you perpetuate. And yet, you remain unapologetic. The refusal to acknowledge harm inflicted, the inability to reflect, and the unwillingness to take responsibility are not just failures of leadership but failures of the human spirit.

This is not merely a plea for justice—it is a call for spiritual awakening. The act of apologizing is not a weakness; it is a strength. It is a path to liberation, for both the harmed and the harmer. When harm is met with indifference, it deepens suffering and fuels cycles of pain, but when harm is met with accountability, it becomes a bridge to healing, reconciliation, and growth.

To those who perpetuate harm without regret, consider the spiritual implications of your actions:

• You separate yourself from others. Refusing to acknowledge harm reinforces ego and isolation, leaving you disconnected from the unity that binds all life.

• You accumulate karmic debts. Ignoring accountability perpetuates cycles of suffering—for you, for those you harm, and for society.

• You obstruct healing. Denial of harm delays the progress of humanity toward collective peace and understanding.

I offer my apology freely, without expectation, because I believe in the transformative power of accountability. It is a gift not just for the one who receives it, but for the one who offers it. To apologize is to release oneself from the weight of guilt, to affirm one’s commitment to truth, and to align with the higher principles that guide us all.

And so, I stand before you—not as a victim, but as a seeker of truth. I refuse to be silenced by conspiracy, targeting, or exile. My voice carries the weight of my experiences, but it also carries the hope for a world where harm is met with reflection, where accountability replaces denial, and where healing triumphs over division.

To the world, I ask: What kind of legacy will you leave? Will you continue to harm without regret, clinging to the illusions of ego and power? Or will you step into the light of accountability, where forgiveness and reconciliation lead the way to collective awakening?

I choose the path of accountability. I choose to offer my apology. And I call on the world to do the same.

Despite this, my voice remains unheard, and my advocate, Jake Tedesco, has been systematically ignored by the Public Guardian, a government arm that has directly targeted me.

I am a whistleblower unprotected by the PID Act, in blatant breach of Australian law. My attempts to report crimes to the police have been obstructed, and my access to legal aid has been systematically denied. I have reached out to all my NDIS providers, documenting the neglect and corruption, and I have applied for loans based on the equity of the vast compensation I am owed. Despite my efforts, the harm against me continues unabated, prolonged by deliberate, coordinated actions designed to discredit and destroy me.

I suffer from V2K (voice-to-skull) technology, a psychological warfare tactic that is plausibly denied as a figment of my imagination but is intended as targeted harassment. I have documented this technology and exposed its use. I have been the victim of gang stalking, psy-ops from authorities, and targeted surveillance, which has left me living in exile.

I have applied for a mandamus at NCAT, submitted statutory declarations, and written open letters and essays to raise awareness of my plight. My potential compensation is enormous, given the extent of damages and the systemic corruption I have exposed. I have named the guilty parties and outlined over 100 reasons proving the conspiracy andtargeting against me.

Despite being harmed beyond compare, I remain steadfast in my resolve and call for justice. My message to the people of Australia is clear: the truth must be acknowledged, and the corruption must end.
