Subject: Invitation to Stand Against Corruption and Support Justice
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my experiences and to invite you to join me in opposing systemic corruption and advocating for justice, transparency, and human rights in Australia.
Background
As detailed on my website, The Church of Barran Dodger, I have faced significant challenges after exposing substantial fraud within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This whistleblowing has led to targeted harassment, systemic neglect, and personal vilification, leaving me marginalized and without adequate support.
Key Issues
• Systemic Neglect and Harassment: Despite my efforts to seek justice, I have encountered systemic barriers, including the withholding of financial entitlements and deliberate isolation from justice mechanisms. Oversight bodies such as the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) have either refused to investigate my complaints or have banned me from lodging them.
• Suppression of Transparency: The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) has refused my Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, shielding critical documents from public scrutiny that could expose corruption tied to my whistleblowing.
• Personal Vilification: I have been subjected to character assassination and false narratives, further isolating me from protection and support. This includes being labeled as a “persona non grata” by society, leading to my ostracization.
Individuals and Agencies That Have Failed to Help Me or MAde Corrupt Decisions Causing my Detriment
The following individuals and agencies have either refused to help or actively contributed to my harm:
Australian government, Dr. Richard McLean, The Herald Sun, The Age, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Free Living Australia, Victoria Legal Aid, Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC), Hon. Linda Reynolds, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), Australian Federal Police (AFP), Governor-General’s office, National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), Steve Iasonidis, Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), WorkSafe, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), Russell Ball, Josh Frydenberg, Greg Hunt, Centrelink, IBAC, Aligned Community Care, Mark Dreyfus, ASIO, the Victorian Ombudsman, National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), Victorian Police, NCAT (New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal), Thrive Disability, Bridget, Kel Graham, DSS, Ray Griggs, Federal Court, Monash Hospital, Tim Goss of AFCA, HCF, Sheena Jack, Jodie Bonetti, Brad McLean, Doug McLean, April McLean, Bruce McMaster, Aligned Community Care, Baber Rasheed, Upscale Care, Alex Aboss, Tahsinullah Sultani, Zabi, Australian Super, TAL.
These individuals and entities have gravely neglected their moral, ethical, and professional responsibilities. Instead of providing meaningful assistance, investigating corruption, and delivering justice and accountability, they have chosen to protect the interests of the powerful and wealthy. They perpetuate coercive financial control through family violence, obstruct access to legal aid, deny fundamental human rights, and prolong my persecution as a targeted individual of the Australian Government.
