I have been hospitalized ten times over the past three years, including stays at institutions such as Mercy Hospital and Saltwater Clinic. During this time, I have been consistently denied my essential ADHD medication, dexamphetamine, which is critical for my well-being. Despite being diagnosed with ADHD and having my medication previously prescribed as life-saving, facilities like Saltwater Clinic have rejected my requests based on vague policies. This refusal has left me with no choice but to resort to street drugs to cope with the effects of untreated ADHD and drug-resistant depression, as documented in my medical records Mercy Hospital and Saltwater Clinic Report, page 24.

Doctors, including Dr. David Horgan, who initially acknowledged my need for this medication, have since failed to continue prescribing it, forcing me into a precarious cycle of neglect and harm. This denial of care amounts to malpractice and a dereliction of their duty to prioritize patient well-being. My attempts to secure help have been blocked, and I would welcome anyone willing to assist me or connect me with a psychiatrist who can address my critical need for proper ADHD treatment Dr. Horgan's Statement, page 5.

I also rely on this medication to manage the profound emotional pain caused by my family's betrayal and the systemic corruption that has destroyed my life. The failures of institutions have forced me into homelessness, sleeping in my car, and living in poverty—a state of existence that has taken an immense toll on my mental health Personal Affidavit, page 11.

For years, I was trapped in a toxic, monogamous relationship with my former fiancé, which compounded my feelings of entrapment and helplessness. Now that I am free, I embrace my independence, including my right to live and express myself freely. If this freedom upsets others, including my former fiancé, it is not my issue to bear—it is my life, and I will no longer allow others to control it.

On occasion, drugs can be fun, and getting baked is good for the soul. It can offer moments of clarity, escape, and even joy in the midst of a world that often feels unbearable. Occasionally, we must live outside the bounds of normal perceptions and experience a shift in consciousness, and drugs can provide a faster route than chanting or meditation. Time is of the essence in this chaotic world. However, always do it safely: try not to drive, avoid operating machinery, and ensure you’re in a secure environment.

Everything in moderation is key. Even drinking too much water can kill you. The same applies to acid, meth, or cocaine. Respect your body and limits, and approach everything with caution and balance.

It’s worth noting that most of modern society is built on the age-old tradition of hallucinating and experiencing shifts in consciousness. Observe the modern media, postmodernism, and the illusions of public narratives—the very foundations of society are a collective hallucination. Don’t be fooled by well-meaning public officials, lawyers, or cops who claim they’ve never been stoned. Truth is, the cops often have access to the best drugs of all.

We must also decriminalize drug use. Treating drug use as a criminal offense only exacerbates harm, creates cycles of punishment, and denies people the opportunity for recovery and support. Decriminalization is a necessary step toward addressing addiction as a health issue, not a moral failing, and promoting compassionate, evidence-based solutions to substance use.

Drug use must also be treated as a preventable disease, not a crime. Society should focus on compassion, understanding, and treatment, addressing the root causes of substance use—whether from systemic neglect, personal pain, or the universal need to escape monotony.

Finally, the worst drug to overdose on remains mediocrity, compliance, and blind consumption of mass media. To truly live, we must reject these toxic norms and embrace authenticity, freedom, and the courage to question the systems that oppress and mislead us.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for any donation or support offered. As someone forced to squat, living with barely any income, and called persona non grata by a society that has ostracized me, each act of kindness means more than words can convey. I stand as an infamous whistleblower, someone who has risked everything to expose injustice, yet find myself without human or legal rights, struggling daily against a system that devalues my existence. Your generosity not only helps sustain me but also reinforces the belief that compassion and humanity still exist, even for those society has cast aside. Thank you for seeing me, for hearing me, and for standing with me in a world that so often chooses silence and complicity.
