This website serves as a living testament to the systemic corruption, abuse, and neglect I, Dr. Barran Resonance Dodger, have endured. It is not only a record of my personal experiences but also a rallying cry for justice, accountability, and systemic reform. Grounded in evidence and supported by verified sources, this platform aims to expose the truths that institutions and individuals in power have tirelessly worked to suppress.

As a disabled individual, I am subjected to extreme abuse, neglect, and economic deprivation, which I believe constitutes state-sanctioned torture. Despite being entitled to a $150,000 NDIS plan, I have been denied access to these funds, leaving me homeless, squatting, and surviving on a mere $200 a fortnight. The public guardian, responsible for my care, withholds my disability pension, perpetuating a level of deprivation that aligns with international definitions of economic abuse.

I blew the whistle on a $6 billion fraud within the NDIS, uncovered by senior fraud investigator Tony Riddle. In retaliation, I have faced relentless targeting. This targeting, orchestrated over three decades, escalated after the release of my first autobiography, which revealed systemic abuse, isolation, and neglect.

My Main Problem

My plight stems from the intersection of systemic abuse, neglect, and targeted retaliation, manifesting in several key ways:

1. Economic Abuse and Deprivation

  • Denial of my NDIS funds has left me homeless and in extreme poverty.

  • Surviving on $200 fortnightly severely restricts my ability to meet basic needs.

2. Whistleblower Retaliation

  • After exposing large-scale fraud, I have been targeted, harassed, and excluded.

  • Protections under the Public Interest Disclosure Act have failed to shield me from retaliation.

3. Chronic Targeting and Psychological Impact

  • A 30-year history of targeting includes isolation, character assassination, and severe hardship.

  • This targeting drove me to a suicide attempt in 2021. I was revived, only for the abuse to persist.

4. Health and Disability Neglect

  • My untreated ADHD and addiction issues are exacerbated by the lack of access to medication and support.

5. Legal and Social Isolation

  • Despite my efforts, I am unable to access impartial legal help or advocacy.

  • Systemic isolation has compounded my struggle to secure justice and stability.

6. Perceived State-Sanctioned Harassment

  • Figures of authority, including Minister Bill Shorten, have allegedly contributed to my hardship, intercepting support and perpetuating poverty and homelessness.

Evidence and Systemic Failures

My experiences illustrate broader systemic failures, including:

  • Obstruction of Justice: Repeated denials of my Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and judicial misconduct.

  • Neglect by Authorities: Police and public officials refuse to address threats and violence against me.

  • Financial Sabotage: WorkSafe and Comcare have obstructed rightful compensation claims.

  • Psychological Manipulation: Authorities use false diagnoses to discredit my claims.

Implications of Corruption

An impartial analysis suggests that maintaining my silencing and systemic deprivation could cost taxpayers between $2 million and $5 million annually. These funds, misdirected to sustain corruption and surveillance, could have been allocated to education, healthcare, or community services.
